At KMC Chain, we are committed to providing the highest quality cycling components; if your purchase does not meet your performance expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all chains and tools remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original KMC packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to KMC

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend retaining your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
